CORA ANNOUNCES POPULAR END OF SEASON SPECIAL!
Starting July 21, your family can join CORA by paying only the initiation fee of $500 + the prorated Capital fee of $100 (we are on year 2 out of 3 for the 2024 Capital Fee).

The benefits of the End of Season Special Include:

• 4 full weeks of pool use before HCPS starts school August 18.

• 3 additional postseason weekends  (8/23-24, 8/29-9/1, and 9/6-7)

• Year round use of tennis courts and grounds

• "Finance" the fun for next year by joining and enjoying the pool NOW at a lower rate and only pay membership dues in 2026 (the membership fee is waived for the remainder of the summer)

​​​​​​​​Incorporated in September of 1963, the Chestnut Oaks Association proceeded to purchase land at the corner of Parham and Fordson Roads. A pool was built, and the fun began.  A large baby pool, tennis courts, children's play area, blacktop with hoop, tennis practice area, and covered pavilion for parties and picnics were added over the years.  Please visit our Membership Page to apply for membership. Our family-oriented recreation association offers:

• Large, 25 Meter, L-Shape pool with diving board and waterslide

• Large baby pool with graduated depths 

• Competitive swim team; member of GRAL (Greater Richmond Aquatic League)

• 4 Tennis Courts (lit for evening play)

• Tennis leagues available with tournament play for both adults and children; member of the Richmond Suburban Adult and Junior Tennis Leagues

• Swim lessons and on-premise tennis instruction 

• Recreation area and picnic shelter/pavilion

• Basketball court and sanded volleyball area
