Additional Adult Household Family Member

This pass allows an adult (22+) family member who lives with a current member to be a part of a Family Membership for one year. Proof of residence is required.

This product does not renew year to year. It should be added each year it is needed.

Nanny/Caregiver Pass

This Pass allows for a Nanny/Caregiver addition to your account. LIMIT two passes per family. Each pass may be reassigned ONE time. These individuals may have access to the facilities only when acting in the Nanny/Caregiver capacity. These individuals may not have access to the facilities on their own.
